China's new energy automobile industry
China's new energy automobile industry has initially formed an industrial chain supply chain foundation in line with the globalization of the new era.
In recent years, China's new energy automobile industry has advantages in the production cost and production efficiency of some core parts and vehicle manufacturing fields, the industrial chain and supply chain are relatively complete, and the overall advantage is prominent, driving the rapid development of the industry. First, the scale of production and marketing has been further expanded. Data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers show that from January to September 2023, China's new energy automobile industry maintained a strong momentum of development, with production and sales reaching 6.313 million and 6.278 million, respectively, an increase of 33.7% and 37.5%, and new energy vehicle sales accounted for 29.8% of the total sales of new vehicles. Among them, the development of new energy passenger cars in China is more significant, from January to September, China's new energy passenger cars accounted for 61% of the world's new energy passenger cars, and the proportion of the third quarter is 65%. October data show that BYD company from January to October total sales of more than 2.381 million, an increase of 70.36%, for the global new energy vehicle enterprise sales champion, is expected to achieve the annual sales target of 3 million units set at the beginning of the year.
